Defining the Scope

We get together to discuss how we can provide solutions for your product. Face-to-face meetings are arranged at your facility and, if possible, we would love to host you at our plant.

Discussing your expectations, understanding your needs, and defining the requirements will be the goal of our first few conversations.

You can rest assured that your new product will be introduced, commissioned and shipped to you without compromise.

Project Review

We will review the project layouts, drawings, and Bill of Materials in order to evaluate the product manufacturability and costs.

Our production, engineering, and materials teams will evaluate the product and provide feedback.

Product Introduction

You will be assigned an account champion who is personally responsible to ensure that Logican meets your needs. Manufacturing Process Instructions (MPI) are created specific to your product. A team of our employees is assigned to the manufacturing of your product.

Product Assembly
